General Information

The Oceanside Unified School District’s Student Records Center (SRC) is responsible for the permanent archiving of student cumulative records of former Oceanside Unified School District students. Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended Oceanside Unified School District schools. Records for each Oceanside Unified School District school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, grades, test scores, immunization records and graduation status.

All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted. If you are a government agency, please contact our office to receive a coupon code prior to submitting your request.

No walk-in, in-person, or same day service is available.


Charges may apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

      • If you don't have a Social Security Number, Enter your last 4 digits of your Alien Registration Number and indicate this in the Special Instructions section.
      • Please allow 3-5 business days to process student record orders.
      • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

Deferred Action Documentation:


Important Information Regarding the Deferred Action Program

The Oceanside Unified School District will provide the elementary, middle school, and high school transcripts when requesting Deferred Action Documentation. Please note, however, that we do not always have elementary records. In this case, we will provide an attendance report which lists the years you attended elementary school. In addition, we will also provide a printout of mailing addresses in our system. Please contact OUSD Student Services at 790-966-7849. Do not submit an online request.

Subpoena $12.00 per copy
High School Transcript $12.00 per copy
